Who is eligible for Early Pay?

This service is available for all personal checking or savings account holders in good standing who set up direct deposits for payroll, military pay, tax refunds, government benefits and pensions.

How do I enroll in Early Pay?

To take advantage of this service, simply ensure your direct deposits are set up with your Dollar Bank personal checking or savings account. There’s no enrollment needed and no cost to you! Plus, you can sign up for account alerts in Online Banking or the mobile app so that you get a notification on the day your pay arrives in your account.

Is Early Pay guaranteed for every deposit?

The timing of funds availability through this service will depend on when the payer submits the deposit, and while we aim to credit your funds as early as possible, early deposit cannot be guaranteed for every cycle.

Setting up direct deposit is a breeze.

Instead of having to print and fill out paperwork, enjoy automated, free and easy-to-use direct deposit switching through ClickSWITCH. Quickly and securely move your direct deposits and other automatic payments to a new or existing Dollar Bank account!

*Early Pay is available for retail account customers in good standing who set up direct deposit with their employer or other payer to receive electronic deposits of regular periodic payments (such as salary, pension or government benefits). The timing of when a transaction is credited is based upon when the payer submits the payment instructions to Dollar Bank. Early Pay is not a guarantee that you will receive your direct deposit earlier than your scheduled pay date and Early Pay may be delayed due to unanticipated circumstances.
