Telephone service for hearing impaired customers is available using Dollar Bank’s TDD service. You can make balance inquiries, transfer money, receive new account information, stop payments, get your account activity and pay your bills by phone.
Please call 1-800-231-2465 from your own TDD. Account Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
