We’re excited to introduce our new Online Banking and mobile app – coming your way January 21st!


 

First-time Login and Registration on January 21st

  1. Go to dollar.bank to log in directly from the new login box on the homepage!
  2. When logging in, use your current Online Banking User ID and your temporary password (for details reference our New Online Banking and Mobile App Guide or the reminder letter you received).
  3. Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions. You are asked then to choose which phone number you would like a one-time verification code sent to. This is for security purposes to validate your identity.
  4. After entering the verification code you are prompted to complete your account setup and then you're ready to access Online Banking.

Please Note: Your first-time login can only be done through Online Banking. Once your account is set up in Online Banking, you can choose to use our new mobile app too.




It is VERY important that the phone numbers on file for your account are accurate prior to your first-time login to the new Online Banking; otherwise you will not be able to log in.



With enhanced features and an improved design, our new digital services are able to better meet your banking needs.

Make sure you do the following before January 18th:

  1. Review your phone numbers in Online Banking to ensure your Home, Cell and Work number are correct. Make sure you only have one number listed for each category. Click here for more information on how to update your phone numbers.
  2. Set up your Person-to-Person Payments recipients through Send Money with Zelle®.
  3. Switch payments from ineligible savings accounts to an eligible payment account (any checking account, Statement Savings, Premium Statement Savings).
  4. Print a list of your transfers to your external bank accounts to help you remember what you need to set up.
  5. If desired, print yourself a list of your billers so you can ensure they all appear in the new Online Bill Pay.
  6. If needed, download copies of eStatements that are more than two years old.
