First-time Login and Registration

The first time you log in to the new service you will be required to go through a one-time registration process.
 
Your first-time login can only be done through new Online Banking. Once your account is set up in new Online Banking, you can choose to use our new mobile app too.

  1. Go to dollar.bank to log in directly from the new login box on the homepage.
  2. When logging in, use your current Online Banking User ID and your case sensitive temporary password:
    First two letters of your first name (uppercase) + first two letters of your last name (uppercase) + FIRST four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).  

    For example:
    Name: Jamie Sample
    Social Security Number: 123-45-6789
    Temporary Password: JASA1234

    You may have received a different temporary password to use if your name is displayed differently on your accounts. Use the provided password if it differs from the format above.

  3. Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions. You are asked then to choose which phone number you would like a one-time verification code sent to. This is for security purposes to validate your identity.
  4. After entering the verification code you are prompted to complete your account setup and then you're ready to access Online Banking.
