3-18-20 Update

Dear Valued Customer,

At the present time we are making the appropriate adjustments at our branch locations for customer and employee safety. These changes will not impact our normal banking business.

Beginning Friday, March 20, 2020, for public safety, Dollar Bank will shift to “Distance Banking” which emphasizes the use of drive-thru, digital, mobile and telephone banking services, limiting lobby traffic. In order to keep our customers and employees safe, the following adjustments will be made at our branches:

  • Drive-Thru access will remain open. Some locations will have reduced hours.
  • Branch lobbies at all locations will be by appointment only.
  • ATMs and Personal Teller Machines (PTMs) will continue to operate as normal.
Please contact your local branch to schedule an appointment for branch-related services that require additional support. Updated hours, phone numbers and information can be found at www.dollar.bank/locations.

Customers are encouraged to utilize all available Dollar Bank online and mobile resources. Through these channels you can check balances, transfer funds, deposit checks, and make payments.

We are committed to doing what is needed to help you reduce financial stress during this unprecedented situation. We are also encouraging customers that are experiencing financial difficulty to contact us so we can customize solutions based on your needs. Dear Valued Customer, 

On behalf of the entire Dollar Bank family, I am reaching out to let you know that we have been actively monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and the potential impact to our customers, employees and our community. We want to take this opportunity to assure you that we are taking precautions to provide a safe environment for our customers and employees.

We are taking precautions in all our branches by increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting our ATMs and high-touch areas, while following best practices recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO).

We have contingency plans in place that are designed to prevent any disruptions in service including remote capabilities for our employees and continuity plans for our critical banking operations.

We are taking the necessary precautions to protect the health and well-being of our employees by suspending all non-essential business travel and have instituted a temporary approval process on all essential business travel, meetings and events. We continue to pass along the appropriate health information from the CDC, WHO, state and local officials, while closely monitoring our working environment.

We want to remind you that you can utilize all available Dollar Bank online and mobile resources. Through these channels you can check balances, transfer funds, deposit checks and make payments. If you have not activated our new online or mobile banking platform, visit www.dollar.bank, or contact our Customer Service Department or your local branch for assistance.
