What should I do if I get an e-mail requesting information about my Dollar Bank accounts?

Dollar Bank will never send you an e-mail requesting your account information or Online Banking password. If you ever receive an e-mail, letter or telephone call requesting account information, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at 1-800-828-5527, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
