What should I do if I forget my Online Banking ID or password?

If you have forgotten your Online Banking ID, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-828-5527, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and a Customer Service representative will provide your ID after verifying your identity.

If you have forgotten your password, you can check the Forgot Password box on the Online Banking Log In page to request a temporary password. Once you verify your identity, you will be given a temporary password. Enter the temporary password and then you will be required to change it to a new password.
